AbstractIt is with pleasure that we present this special issue of the Journal of Digital Islamicate Research, published as an open-access volume made possible by the generous support of the Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) under the National Priorities Research Program (NPRP) grant NPRP10-0115-170163 led by Dr. Eid Mohamed. This issue is a direct outcome of the wider research initiative, “Computational Study of Culture: Cultural Analytics for Modern Arab and Islamic Studies,” a project aimed at pioneering the integration of digital methods into the humanities, with a focus on Arab and Islamicate studies. The open-access nature of this issue reflects our commitment to knowledge dissemination without barriers, ensuring that scholars, students, and practitioners around the world have free and unrestricted access to the research presented here.
