طرائق التدريس المستخدمة من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الاقسام المتناظرة لبعض كليات جامعة الموصل

| Abstract | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على طرائق التدريس المستخدمة من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في سبعة أقسام في كلية اللغة العربية في جامعة الموصل وما يناظرها من أقسام في كليتي الآداب والعلوم من نفس الجامعة. تكونت العينة من (84) عضو هيئة تدريس. واستخدم الاستبيان أداة للبحث اشتملت على (19) طريقة تدريسية وزاد بمقياس ثلاثي يتدرج من دائما- أحيانا- لا استخدمها. وتم اعتماد الوسط المرجح والاختبار التائي وتحليل التباين الأحادي وسائل إحصائية. وتوصل البحث إلي أن مجموعة طرائق التدريس اللفظية- التقليدية المدعمة بكتابة التقارير أو إجراء مشاريع البحوث هي من أكثر مجاميع طرائق التدريس المستخدمة ومن قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات الآداب والعلوم والتربية في جامعة الموصل. أظهرت الدراسة كذلك بان هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية تعزى إلى مجال تخصص الكلية (آداب، علوم، تربية) ولصالح كليتي التربية والعلوم. فضلا عن وجود تلك الفروق بين الأقسام العلمية والإنسانية ولصالح الاقسام العلمية، وفى المقابل لم تظهر هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلي موقع الأقسام المتناظرة في الكليات المختلفة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث جرى تقويم جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات. |

| Alternative Abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine the teaching Methods used by the faculty members in seven departments in the college of Education by comparing them with those used in the counter part departments in the colleges of Arts and Science Mosul University . The sample included (84) Faculty members and the instrument used was the closed-end questionnaire which consisted of (19) teaching methods. The probability mean , T. Test , One-way analysis of variance were used as the main statistical techniques . The Findings of the study revealed that the group of oral and traditional teaching methods with writing reports or doing projects are the methods mostly used by the faculty members . The study also showed that there is a significant difference between the responses of the faculty members according to the colleges variable and the sort of Departments ( humanity , scientific) variable . In contrast , the study emphasises that there is no significant difference between the faculty members responses according to the counter part departments variable . finally .suggestions and recommendations are introduced . |
