فاعلية الإعداد التربوي في الموقف المهني للمعلمين والمعلمات قبل التخرج

| Abstract | أصبحت التربية والتعليم تمثل الهدف الأساسي لحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية، للوصول بالعملية التعليمية إلى الهدف المنشود منها، وبالتالي فان كليات ومعاهد الإعداد التربوي تحظى بعناية خاصة من قبل المسئولين على كافة المستويات، وتمثل التربية العملية التدريب الميداني للطلبة والطالبات بكليات التربية للتطبيق الفعلي لما تلقوه في سنوات دراستهم من مواد تربوية ونفسية، وقد ثار الجدل حول أهمية تلك المواد وكذا أهمية الأعداد التربوي، وفي ضوء ما توصلت اليه بعض من الدراسات السابقة، قام الباحث بصياغة أربعة فروض، تم اختبارها بعدة أساليب إحصائية، وذلك بعد تطبيق مقياس الموقف المهني للمعلمين على عينة من 30 طالبا و 43 طالبة بكلية التربية جامعة الملك فيصل يمثلون 41% من مجموع الطلاب والطالبات المتدربين للعام الدراسي 1413 هـ، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة التالي: 1- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أبعاد الموقف المهني بين المعلمين الطلاب والمعلمات الطالبات. 2- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الإعداد التربوي (التربية العملية وطرق التدريس) وأبعاد الموقف المهني لدى المعلمين الطلاب. 3- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الإعداد التربوي (التربية العملية وطرق التدريس) وأبعاد الموقف المهني لدى المعلمات الطالبات. وقد اتفقت نتائج الدراسة مع بعض الدراسات السابقة واختلفت مع بعضها. |

| Alternative Abstract | Education and instruction have become the primary objective of the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Colleges of education and teacher-training institutes have consequently gained due consideration from the responsible authorities at all levels. The practice teaching during which students are attached to schools gives the students the opportunity to implement in a real practical context the knowledge they receive in the Education and Psychology courses. There is division of opinion about the importance of Education, Psychology and Practice Teaching. The researcher has, therefore, in light of previous research put forward four hypotheses about their importance. The four hypotheses were statistically tested. The Teacher Vocational Situation Scale was the statistical instrument used. Thirty male and 43 female students from King Faisal University College of Education were the tested sample. They formed 41% of the practice teachers for 1413 H. The study suggests the following: (1) There is no significant difference between the male and female practice teachers vocational situation. (2) There is no significant positive correlation between the scores in Education, Psychology and Practice Teaching and the MALE practice teachers vocational situation. (3) There is no significant positive correlation between the scores in Education, Psychology and Practice teaching and the FEMALE practice teachers vocational situation. |
