The use of biowastes in the extracellular enzyme production process provides a significant opportunity to reduce production costs, protect the environment, and generate financial gains. This study aims to optimize the culture medium of Aspergillus niger using biowastes such as green macroalgae (GM), garden waste (GW), and restaurant waste (RW) in order to produce cocktails rich in hydrolase. The Box-Behnken design was used to improve the composition of medium cultures. Biochemical analysis confirmed the presence of hydrolase gene expression inducers in the new media. It has been shown that using the resulting enzyme cocktails for pre-hydrolysis increases the methane potential of biowastes. Indeed, following enzyme pre-treatment, the methane potential of GM, GW, RW, and the mixture of the three wastes rose by 46.7, 40, 50.7, and 15.2 %, respectively.
