| Abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على أثر برنامج تدريبي لتطوير مهارات الاتصال الإرشادية في المقابلة للمرشدات التربويات، واستقصاء ما يوجد من فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي في أداء مهارات الاتصال ككل وتشمل مهارة (الأسئلة، الإصغاء، التلخيص، التفسير) أداء كليا وأداء فرعيا لكل من مهارة (الأسئلة، الإصغاء، التلخيص، التفسير) واعتمدت الدراسة على جمع البيانات على إعداد أربعة مقاييس تقدير لمهارة (الأسئلة، الإصغاء، التلخيص، التفسير) لغرض قياس نتائج التجربة مستندة على الأهداف السلوكية التي اعتمدتها حيث حولت الأهداف لمقاييس تقدير ذي تدرج خماسي يشتمل على المستويات (دائما، غالبا، أحيانا، نادرا، مطلقا) وتحديد الدرجات (1،2،3،4،5) لكل مستو ى على التوالي وكانت عينة الدراسة موزعة لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة وكل مجموعة مكونة من (10) مرشدات تربويات وتشكل نسبة (7%) من المجتمع الأصلي، طبق البرنامج التدريبي واستغرق (15) يوماً واستخدم التسجيل السمعي المرئي بعد التجربة وعرضت على ثلاثة خبراء بشكل مستقل وجمعت درجات جميع التقديرات لتحديد الدرجة الكلية لكل مهارة للاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمعاملتها إحصائياً وإيجاد الفرق لمتوسطيها باستخدام اختبار ولكوكسن " العينات المترابطة " ومان وتني " للعينات المستقلة " وأظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التدريبية في الاختبار البعدي وبدلالة إحصائية بلغت (0.01) للمهارات مجتمعة، ولكل مهارة وتفوق المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي وبدلالة إحصائية (0.01) للمهارات مجتمعة، ولكل مهارة على الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة الضابطة. |

| Alternative Abstract | To formulate a counseling training program, to develop counseling communications skills, interviewing for counselors in the intermediate school stage. 1. Determine the effect of this program, the researcher set down following assumption. A. There is no statistical difference between the mean marks of the experiment group and the control group in the pre and post training test on total performance of communications skills as a whole which include interrogation, listening, summarizing interpretation. B. There is no statistical significant difference between the mean marks of the pre and post training test of the experiment group and the control group of each of the same skills, the study sample, include 20 educational counselors, the program was put into effect, the post training test constitute audio - visual recording. The result of the study showed pre porderance of the experimental group in the post training test, after undergoing training over the pre training test of the same group by employing the direct group counseling method, scoring a statistical indicator of 0.01 in total performance of the skills of interrogation, listening, summarizing and interpretation (collective skills), and practical performance of the same skills. |
