    Abstract
Qatar started using the online information technology to improve the quality of services delivered to the public. The main purpose of this research is to explore the factors that affect users' adoption of Metrash2 application in Qatar. The research examined six important factors derived from theories of technology acceptance. Quantitative data was collected through an online questionnaire using sample of 301 respondents that live in Qatar and 35 instruments. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software, through Correlation and multiple regression techniques. The results indicated that the predictors affect the users’ acceptance with 67.4%. In addition, Perceived Usefulness (PU), Information Quality (IQ) and Service Quality (SVQ) have significant positive impacts on users’ acceptance of Metrash2 application. On the other hand, Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and System Quality (SQ) were found to be not significant in this research.
