ESTABLISHING A NEW FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN: A CASE STUDY IN QATAR

Abstract

Globalization has made the world an open arena for competition. It has developed economies while hurting others. Supply chain management is the power and lever that makes it possible. If countries and organizations do not keep reinventing their core competencies using the modern practices of supply chain, their economies will not be growing. In this case study, I discuss and demonstrate how a Qatari company has established a viable food supply chain how it can further realize its full the potential.
