| Abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic has posed unprecedented health and social challenges. WHO has been working to promote the integration of mental health and psychosocial support into the COVID-19 response effort.1 It is vital that targeted measures are initiated to mitigate the potential mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and psychiatric patients continue to receive a range of psychiatric services. Countries need to adapt strategies identified by WHO to strengthen mental healthcare delivery. |
