Abstract | The most recent WHO classification of breast cancer also recognizes the concept of “pure apocrine carcinoma” (called carcinoma with apocrine differentiation) with cancers having >90% of apocrine morphology (an essential criterion) and ER‐negative, AR‐positive immunoprofile as a desirable criterion. |
