| Abstract | يمثل التغيير والتطوير التنظيمي أحد التطبيقات المهمة لعلم السلوك التنظيمي، ويهتم هذا المجال بالتغييرات المحيطة في المنظمات، أيْ بإحداث بعض التغييرات أو التطويرات المطلوبة في المنظمات. ويُعدُّ التدريب أحد أدوات التطوير التنظيمي. وستبحث هذه الدراسة في قياس مدى جودة البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لموظفي الهيئة العامة للضرائب واتجاهات المتدربين نحوها من خلال قياس العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل والمتمثل في الاشتراك في الدورات التدريبية التي تقدمها الهيئة والمتغير التابع ويتمثل في تطوير مهارات وقدرات الموظفين في القطاع الحكومي في دولة قطر وكذلك قياس أثر المتغيرات الوسيطة على تلك العلاقة كالنوع والسن والتعليم وسنوات الخبرة. وستعتمد الدراسة على الأسلوب المسحي لعينة من نتائج المتدربين من خلال تحليل البيانات الثانوية لنتائج الدورات التدريبية في الهيئة العامة للضرائب. |

| Alternative Abstract | Organizational change and development represent one of the important applications of organizational behavior science. This field is concerned with the changes surrounding organizations, that is, with bringing about some of the required changes or developments in organizations. Training is one of the tools for organizational development. This study examined the quality of the training programs provided to employees of the General Tax Authority and the trainees’ attitudes towards them by measuring the relationship between the independent variable, which is participation in the training courses provided by the Authority, and the dependent variable, which is developing the skills and capabilities of employees in the government sector in the State of Qatar. |
