| Abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الأساسية في دولة قطر للكفايات التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم. وكان هناك هدفين هما: التعرَف على درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الأساسية في دولة قطر للكفايات التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم. التعرف على واقع تطبيق الكفايات التعليمية في حصص التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية. حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية في دولة قطر المستم رين بالخدمة في العام الأكاديمي 2019 - 2020 . ولقد استخدمت الباحثة أداتين في البحث وهما: أداة الاستبانة والملاحظة الصفية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت 200 معلم ا ومعلمة للتربية الإسلامية من أصل 425 معلم ومعلمة من أجل تعبئة نموذج الاستبانة إلكترونيا، وتم اختيار (14) معلم ا ومعلمة لأغراض الملاحظة الصفية. |

| Alternative Abstract | The current study aimed to identify the degree of acquiring the educational competencies by Islamic education teachers in primary education in Qatar from their point of view. There were two goals, they are: - To learn about the degree of acquiring the educational competencies by the Islamic education teachers in primary schools in Qatar from their point of view. - To learn about the application of t\]he educational competencies in Islamic education classes in the primary stage. The research community included all the Islamic education teachers in primary schools in governmental (independent) schools in Qatar who continue to serve in the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher has used two tools in her research: The first one is the tool of questionnaire and class observation. A random sample consists of 200 teachers out of 425 teachers of Islamic education has been chosen to fill the questionnaire form electronically. Another 14 teachers have been chosen for the sake of class observations. The researcher has found several conclusions; the following are the most important ones: -The degree of acquiring the educational competencies by Islamic education teachers in primary education in Qatar from their point of view was high in all competencies. - The application of the educational competencies in national curriculum by the Islamic teachers in primary schools was between weak and medium according to the class observation. In the lights of the conclusions of the research, the researcher recommends inter alia include: - Designing training programs and refreshing courses for the teachers of Islamic education in primary stage in Qatar. The aim of these programs and courses is to raise and improve the status of applying the educational competencies to ensure achieving the activation of these competencies to the pupils in a correct way. |
