    Abstract
This article presents the design of the test station, which is accessible for the testing of electric bicycles. In this process, a low-power Brushless Dc traction vehicle or a high-powered motor scaled analogue in traction and braking modes. The Traction Drive Load Simulator is used by the PMBLDC engine powered by a Dc – Dc converter. The Arduino controller controls the two-way Dc – Dc converter and sends the speed comparison signal to the frequency converter Furthermore, electrical and mechanical parameters such as voltage, current and speed have been observed. The particularity of this method lies in a stringent testing environment that makes it possible to determine the propulsive unit of the vehicle’s potentially most extreme stack. Electronic brakes have the ability to rate, stack, detach, pace. The input voltage, current, and control of the battery are connected. It’s conceivable to add to the abilities of the bike.
