Abstractهَدَفَت الدِّراسَة إِلَى قِيَاس دَرَجَة تَوْظِيف مَعْلَمَات الرِّيَاضِيَّات لِمَعَايِير الْعَمَلِيَّات الْعَالَمِيَّة وَفِق NCTM فِي صُفُوف مَرْحَلَة التَّعْلِيم الْابْتِدَائِيِّ فِي دَوْلَة قَطَر. وَمَعْرِفَة مَا إِذَا كَانَت الْمُتَغَيِّرات الْمُسْتَقلَّة: نَوْع الْمُؤَهَّل الْأكاديمي، التَّخَصُّص، عَدَد سنوَات الْخَبَرَة، الدَّوْرات التَّدْرِيبِيَّة، يُمْكِن أَنْ تُحْدِث اِخْتِلَاَفا فِي دَرَجَة تَوْظِيف مَعْلَمَات الرِّيَاضِيَّات لِلْمَعَايِير الْعَمَلِيَّات. وَلِتَحْقِيق أَغْراض الدِّراسَة تَمّ اِتِّبَاع الْمِنْهَج الْوَصْفِيِّ التَّحْلِيلِيّ حَيْثُ تَمّ الدمج بَيْنَ الْمِنْهَج النَّوْعِيِّ وَالْكَمِّيِّ . وَتَمّ اِخْتِيَار عَيْنَة الدِّراسَة بِالطَّرِيقَة الْعَشْوَائِيَّة الطَّبَقِيَّة، حَيْثُ تَمّ حَصْر الْمُدَارِس الْابْتِدَائِيَّة وَالنَّمُوذَجِيَّة فِي دَوْلَة قَطَر وَالَّتِي بَلَغ عَدَدهَا (50) مَدْرَسَة. وَتَمّ اِخْتِيَار مَجْمُوعَة مِنْ المُدَارِس مِنْهُمْ بِشَكْل عَشْوَائِيِّ لِتَطْبِيق الْمُلَاحِظَة الصَّفِّيَّة ، حَيْثُ بَلَغ عَدَد الْمُدَارِس الَّتِي تَمّ اِخْتِيَارهَا ( 16 ) مَدْرَسَة، وَمَثَّلَت نِسْبَة الْمُدَارِس الَّتِي تَمّ اِخْتِيَارهَا مِنْ الْمَجْمُوع الْكُلِّيّ لِلْمُدَارِس ( 32%). كَمَا بَلَغ إِجْمَالِيُّ عَدَد الْمُعَلِّمَات فِي الْمُدَارِس الَّتِي تَمّ اِخْتِيَارهَا ( 131 ) مُعَلِّمَة رِيَاضِيَّات. وَتَمّ اِخْتِيَار (50) مُعَلِّمَة مِنْهُمْ بِشَكْل عَشْوَائِيِّ ، لِتَطْبِيق الْمُلَاحِظَة الصَّفِّيَّة، كَمَا تَمّ عَقْد مُقَابَلَات مَعَ 14 مُعَلِّمَة مِنْ نَفْسُ الْمُدَارِس الَّتِي تَمُتّ زِيَارَتهَا. وقَد بَينت نَتَائِج التَّحْلِيل الْكَمِّيِّ أَنَّ دَرَجَة تَوْظِيف مَعْلَمَات الرِّيَاضِيَّات لِمَعَايِير الْعَمَلِيَّات الْعَالَمِيَّة الصَّادِرَة مِنْ الْمَجْلِس الْقَوْمِيّ الْمريكي لِمُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّات وفق (NCTM) كَانَت مُتَدَنِّيَةٌ لِكُلّ مِنْ مِعْيَار: حَلّ الْمُشَكَّلَات، وَالتَّفْكِير وَالْبُرْهَان الرِّيَاضِيّ ، وَالتَّرابُط الرِّيَاضِين وَالتَّمْثيل الرِّيَاضِيّ ، فِي حِينَ كَانَت مُتَوَسِّطَة لِمِعْيَار التَّوَاصُل الرِّيَاضِيّ . كَمَا دَلَّت النَّتَائِج عَدم وجُو د فَرَوْق ذَاتُ دَلَالَة إِحْصَائِيَّة لدَرَجَة تَوْظِيف المَعْلَمَات لِمَعَايِير الْعَمَلِيَّات الْعَالَمِيَّة NCTM تُعْزَى لِاخْتِلَاَف مُتَغَيِّرَ الْمُؤَهَّل الْأكاديمي، وَالتَّخَصُّص، وَعَدَد سنوَات الْخَبَرَة، وَالدَّوْرات التَّدْرِيبِيَّة . وَقَدْ أَبْرَزَت النَتَائِج المُتَعلقة بالتَّحْلِيل النَّوْعِيِّ تَفْسِيرا لِتُدْنِي دَرَجَة تَوْظِيف مَعْلَمَات الرِّيَاضِيَّات لِبَعْض مَعَايِير الْعَمَلِيَّات، وَفِي ضَوْء هَذِهِ النَّتَائِج خَلَصَت الدِّراسَة إِلَى مَجْمُوعَة تَوْصِيَات .

Alternative AbstractThe Degree of Implementation of Mathematics Teachers to Global Process Standards According to NCTM in the Primary Education Level in Qatar. The current study aimed to measure the degree to which mathematics teachers employ international operational standards according to NCTM in primary education classes in the State of Qatar. In addition, the study explored whether the independent variables such as number of years of experience, type of educational qualification, specialization, training courses, can make a difference in the degree to which mathematics teachers are employed the NCTM standards. The descriptive analytical method was followed, where the qualitative and quantitative approach were combined. The study sample was selected in the stratified random method, and the total number of primary and model schools in Qatar was 50. A group of schools were randomly selected to apply the observation, sixteen of them were randomly selected. The proportion of schools selected from the total of schools is (32%). The total of female teachers from the selected schools was (131) teacher, (50) of them were randomly selected to apply the observation, fourteen female teachers from the same schools visited were also interviewed. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that the degree of mathematics teachers' implementation of international operations standards in the primary education classes was low for problem-solving standard, mathematical reasoning and proof, mathematical connection, and mathematical representation. While it was moderate for the mathematical communication standard. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α =0.05) in the degree of implementation of mathematics teachers for international operations standards according to the difference in some variables such as the type of educational qualification, specialization, years of experience, and training courses. The results of the qualitative analysis explained the low degree of mathematics female teachers' Implementation for some process standards. Considering the results, the study was concluded with a set of recommendations.
