| Abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ظاهرة الضغط النفسي لدى معلمي مديريات تربية محافظة الكرك وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، واشتملت على (406) من المعلمين والمعلمات تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من المدارس التابعة لمديريات تربية محافظة الكرك خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2000/ 2001)، وطبقت عليهم أداه تم إعدادها خصيصا للتعرف على مصادر الضغوط النفسية، تضمنت تسعة أبعاد اشتملت على فقرات شكلت في مجموعها (49) فقرة. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن معلمي مديرية تربية محافظة الكرك يعانون من مستوى مرتفع من الضغوط النفسية، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهم على فقرات الأداة (164.57) وهو أعلى وبدلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) من الوسط الفرضي والبالغة قيمته (147)، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا أن اكثر المصادر إثارة للضغوط النفسية هي تلك المرتبطة ببعد الدخل والعلاقة بالمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور والأنشطة اللامنهجية والبناء والمناخ المدرسي وعملية التدريس، في حين لم تشكل الأبعاد الأخرى مصادرا ذات أهمية كبرى في إثارة الضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة. وظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً على بعض الأبعاد تعزى للجنس ولا سيما على بعد الدخل وعملية الإشراف التربوي والعلاقة بالمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور والطلاب، في حين لم تظهر مثل هذه الفروق بين الجنسين على الأبعاد الأخرى. ولم تظهر فروق على هذه الأبعاد تعزى للحالة الاجتماعية باستثناء بعدي عملية التدريس وعملية الأشراف التربوي ولصالح المعلمين العزاب. وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) على بعض الأبعاد (عملية الاشر اف التربوي، والعلاقة بالمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور) تعزى للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة الماجستير، كما دلت النتائج كذلك على وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) بين سنوات الخبرة وكل من بعد الدخل وعملية الإشراف التربوي والعلاقة بالمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور . وقد تمت مناقشة النتائج وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة بشأنها . |

| Alternative Abstract | The aim of this study was to investigate the phenomenon of psychological stress among Al- karak educational district's teachers. The sample of this study consisted of (406) teachers of both gender who were randomely chosen from all schools in the Al- Karak Districts, for the school year 2000/2001, A - 49 item questionnaire was designed for collecting data to test the purposes of this study .The results showed that teachers suffering from psychological stress and it was above the hypothetical mean, and most stress was related to the dimensions of income, local community extra curriculam, school environment and the teaching process. The results also showed that there were significant differences (,.05= oc) in some deminsions (income, supervision, process, relation with local community, and students) due to gender in favor of male teachers, and to marital status infavor of single teachers on dimensions of educational supervison and teaching process. Regarding the teacher qualification, the results have shown that there were no significant differnces on the deminsions of stress except to relation with local communaity in favor ofM.A degree. The results showed that there were significant correlation (= 0.05) between the years of experience and some dimensions including income, supervision process, and the relation with local community and students parnets. The findings were discussed and the recommendations were addressed Accordingly. |
